Denture reconstruction
 |
 |
| Patient has a full upper denture and a lower partial denture with metal clasps--a most unaesthetic appearance. Gum treatment was performed to create healthy tooth substance above the gum margin. of the lower teeth. Later, crowns were placed on the these teeth. A lower partial denture was constructed without clasps as well as an upper denture with irregular tooth placement and staining procedures to create a natural appearance. At a later stage, the lower plate was replaced with crowns cemented to Dental Implants. |
